Group Admin
The Group Admin section covers configuration and data management for your Scout Group.
Group overview
Section titled “Group overview”The Group overview page (Group in the navigation) is your admin hub. It shows member and leader counts and links to:
- Patrols — organise your Scouts
- Members — manage individual member records
- Compliance — WWCC status and expiry tracking
- Invite co-leaders — add leaders to your team
- Invite parents — send magic links to parents
- Consent templates — publish and version your standing consent text
- Membership import — CSV import from Extranet
- Member transfers — manage inter-group Scout transfers
- Group settings — configure preferences and features
What’s in this section
Section titled “What’s in this section”- Group Settings — configure your Group name, region, Unit Council, and feature toggles.
- Membership Import — import members from Extranet CSV files with conflict detection.
- Terrain Sync — link your Terrain account and synchronise roster, attendance, and awards.
