Program Insights
Program Insights helps you plan events that fill the gaps in your roster’s progression. It surfaces which OAS stages are closest to completion, so you can run one targeted night and unlock awards for multiple Scouts.
Near-completion view
Section titled “Near-completion view”The headline metric shows how many Scouts are within 1–2 requirements of completing an OAS stage. For example:
“8 Scouts are 1 requirement away from completing Bushwalking Stage 2.”
Tap the metric to see exactly which requirements are missing, and for which Scouts.
Each near-completion bucket shows:
- Stream and stage — e.g. Bushcraft Stage 3
- Requirements remaining — how many more to go
- Scout avatars — who’s close
- Progress bar — visual completion percentage
- Plan night button — links directly to creating a new event targeting those requirements
Adventurous activity summary
Section titled “Adventurous activity summary”A card showing aggregated logbook data across all events:
- Activities logged per OAS stream
- Total kilometres, days, and hours
This helps you see which streams have strong real-world backing and which might need more attention.
Term balance
Section titled “Term balance”The SPICES and Challenge Area balance view (also available in the event wizard) shows:
- How evenly your term’s events are distributed across the six SPICES domains (Social, Physical, Intellectual, Character, Emotional, Spiritual)
- Challenge Area coverage (Community, Creative, Outdoor, Personal Growth)
Use this to spot over-representation (e.g. too many Outdoor nights) and plan nights that develop under-served domains.
